As Reporting Dashboard Analyst, you will be in charge of producing a series of actionable customer insights using customer and prospect data, and promote their use in the business to increase revenue, reduce cost, improve ROI, and/or improve the customer experience.

About the Role

  • Work with the relevant Directory departments (Marketing, Commercial, Content) to deliver appropriate and to-the-point dashboards which:
    • Provide clear insight into the departments performance against its goals (increase sales, conversion rate, abandon rates)
    • Provides additional insight to show how performance could be improved
    • Easy to use – from both a technical and non-technical perspective

 About you

Working within a team, you will be responsible for assessing the business needs, documenting current workflows and processes and communicating requirements and detailed plans for future online developments and system updates. These requirements will then be used by the Systems team to deliver ecommerce developments. You will ensure that all aspects of these developments are working effectively and that they meet requirements and continue to exceed customer and business expectations.

About the role:

  • The role will be focused around Next’s online CMS and roadmap. Through detailed analysis you will help gather project requirements and shape delivery plans, working closely with business and systems teams.
  • Coordination of a phased approach will be key in delivering value at pace and learnings early on in the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of department and the organisation as a whole in relation to a specific project / task.
  • Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate the service/function/product in question.

This is an exciting opportunity pulling together creative, UX, competitor research and data to recommend, mock up and support implementation to improve the online customer experience.

You’ll be part of the personalisation team which develops the Personalisation strategy and vision, uses testing to optimise the site and drives efficiency in the shopping journey by using information about the customer. The team also uses insight to provide recommendations to personalise the customer experience to make it the best possible for each and every customer, then analyse performance to understand whether it worked.

About the role:

  • Responsible for assessing innovations and competitors activity and present back findings
  • Use data and insight to produce recommendations, particularly A/B and Multi Variant tests
  • Create rough mock ups (wireframes) and first pass creative experiences to gain buy in and agreement to tests
  • Speak to various teams within Next to align tests with existing activity, developments and standards e.g. look and feel, development releases etc.
  • Work with other teams (Creative, User Experience and Systems) to improve processes and establish templates

 About you:

  • A good basic understanding of Personalisation and how it can improve the customer experience
  • Have experience in UX/Creative in a Retail environment (preferably Fashion)

You’ll be responsible for creating and analysing multivariate and A/B tests on both desktop and mobile sites. As a key member in a team advising key stakeholders of the business about progress and results of these tests as well as recommendations going forward, you’ll need to have a good understanding of customer experience, HTML and personalisation.

About the role:

  • User Experience – You’ll need a good understanding of user experience and how A/B tests will enhance or impact this.
  • Personalisation – Suggest and create multivariate and A/B tests using HTML.
  • Personalisation – Work with key stakeholders in the business to ensure multivariate and A/B tests are correctly created and configured for reporting, review test results and share actionable insights.
  • Analytics – Analysing both multivariate testing tool analytics as well as Google Analytics, you will provide a high level updates to the team.

If you have only limited experience of third party site search vendors that’s fine, we can teach you how it works. What we’re looking for is a truly motivated candidate who has a strong B2C eCommerce background, someone who can work to their own initiative and wants to make their mark at one of the UK’s biggest retailers.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Site Search Manager, you will always be looking for way to improve site search on our next.co.uk platform.

As an integral part of the team, your day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Monitor key performance indicators on the website, specifically looking at site search, and help to develop plans to improve them
  • Provide analytical reports and commentary on how specific areas of the website are performing for the commercial team using our new site search analytical tool
  • Plan, define and implement changes and functional improvements to site search alongside the Site Search Manager
  • Test updates and improvements to site search and brief the QA team on these developments
